19 Fitzroy Street is the latest bespoke office space from renowned property regenerators, Derwent London. Well known for their design-led philosophy, we developed an identity for the building rooted in the concept of time.

We focused on how the convenient Fitzrovia location leaves more time for life and for making the most of London, before, during and after the working day.

The identity was rolled out across multiple touchpoints, creating a cohesive set of branded deliverables.

The studio-style space radiates creativity with its bespoke oak joinery and classic, mid-century furniture. We echoed this aesthetic through typography, colour palette and material selection.
