43 Whitfield Street, a five-storey office space in the heart of Fitzrovia, is Derwent London’s latest Furnished+Flexible property.

With light flooding through the building's tall glass façade, the interplay and contrast of light and shadow is a key feature of the property which informed the visual identity.

Condensed typography and tall image crops echo the shape of the building and the shadows created within. A high contrast colour palette of dark maroon and light beige is illuminated by small punctuated details of bright orange.

Signage was designed for the permanent facilities as well as large floor numbers for the stairwell. The tenant board and building entrance signage was also carefully considered to reflect the visual identity.
