Artform are design-led property developers, fusing exceptional craftsmanship with innovative design; they create spaces that inspire.

We worked with Artform to create the positioning, visual identity and brand rollout for their latest collection of apartments - SETTLE - located in the heart of Kensal Green, London.

Our concept for the supporting copy was that SETTLE becomes 'A Place To (Fill)' with the owners' personal choices and experiences.

The parentheses became a major feature of the property's identity, working across site hoarding, printed material, online presence and social campaigns.

Close links were created between the building's palette and the marketing assets; the characteristic red brick façade reflected in the cover material, a curved detail mimicking the arched apertures of the interior, the mushroom tones of the papers matching the raw plaster walls.

Kensal Green is home to a thriving community, characterised by charming period homes and independent businesses, interspersed with verdant green spaces. We showcased some of the favourite local spots in a series of interviews forming a loose area guide with an editorial focus.

Each of the 1 & 2 bed apartments comes with its own private ground floor garden, winter garden, or third-floor terrace, making the boundary between the inside and out fluid and connected.
